I think I am a pretty good looking guy in my teens. The problem I have is that I have social anxiety disorder which makes me very shy especially around girls. How do I overcome this and get laid and have a relationship with a girl?

LOL… Well first of all don’t use the term “get laid”. You’re not going to get anywhere with any girl if she knows you’re only looking to get laid. Keep that a secret.

I’m your pretty average guy. I’m 30 years old and very successful. I’ve been overweight all my life and never dated or had a relationship because no woman was ever really attracted to me. But that has changed. I’ve lost a ton of weight. I was 450 pounds and now I’m 300. My goal is 225. I’m getting a lot more attention now from women. I need help figuring out what I’m suppose to do now. I don’t know anything about dating and need dating advice and sex advice. I fear when I go there that I’m going to look like a total stupid retard.
